Circuit Training

A full body workout, where you have to move around the studio to different stations that use both weights and your own body weight to raise the heart rate and burn fat.

This is a basic class, suitable for all people aged 13 years & older. These classes start to add in some weights or impact exercises that will improve overall body tone.
