Step Aerobics

This fun, aerobic exercise class incorporates an elevated platform and easy-to-learn choreographed step moves to music. This can be done in conjunction with upper limb movements for a full body workout.

Aerobic activities involve the repetitive movements of large muscle groups aiming to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and stability. This activity varies from a moderate- to high intensity and is a great class for beginners!

Step classes are available at our Saddleworth and Chadderton sites.
