Regular cycling can help you lose weight, reduce stress and improve your fitness; we provide bikes, helmets and friendly experienced instructors. Join in one of our instructor led sessions in which we use a variety of cycle paths around Oldham and Saddleworth.
Our sessions are suitable for teens to all ages of adults, but being confident on a bike is essential bike.
