Our NEW for 2016 Les Mills Grit classes are the best way of achieving these goals whilst also taking part in an enjoyable and challenging workout! Designed to improve strength, increase cardiovascular fitness, and burn maximum calories, these sessions are sure to be popular with all of our OCL members.
Advanced booking is recommended as we have limited places at Oldham, Chadderton, and Saddleworth centres. These classes are free for members, £4.65 for Active Card Holders, and £6.00 for Non Active Card Holders, so make sure to book your place early!
