Our fully air conditioned gym has over 50 state of the art stations, many of which feature integrated TVs and entertainment systems.

With a selection of cardio, resistance and free weights, you can be sure to find a workout plan that suits
you. Our instructors are on hand to give you any tips and advice you might need along
the way.

Our modern 25 metre, 3 lane swimming pool is sure to make a splash offering members swim sessions and multiple pool exercise classes to choose from each week. The pool also offers public swim sessions suitable for all ages and abilities, Parent & Baby classes for little ones and lane swim, ideal for fitness and perfecting techniques.

We also have swimming lessons six days a week, suitable for adult beginners and children aged from 2 1⁄2 years, with one-to-one and two-to-one lessons also available.

Our studio offers members over 50 classes each week, giving you the opportunity to personalise your workout with an extensive choice of classes, all catagorised by low, medium and high intensity.

Sauna & Steam

Our sauna and steam room provides many benefits including relaxing muscles, easing joint pain and cleansing the skin. It can also aid weight loss; a 20 minute session could burn up to 500 calories!

Our cedar clad cabin sauna has been designed for ultimate relaxation, providing the perfect environment to unwind at the end of a busy day.

Outdoor Pitches

Saddleworth’s pitches include one 7-a-side and two 5-a-side and are available to hire all year round.

The outdoor pitches are fully flood-lit ensuring easy use, plus our main 7-a-side pitch also offers a viewing area perfect for spectators on match days!

Saddleworth has become a favourite within the area, thanks to its outstanding facilities and location. Based in Uppermill, Saddleworth Pool & Leisure Centre boasts over 50 gym stations, using Technogym equipment with integrated TVs and entertainment systems. You can also book personal training sessions for extra help and support.

Our 25 metre swimming pool is also great for a range of exercise and leisure activities, which is supported by our stunning, bespoke sauna and steam rooms, offering members the perfect environment to unwind, relax and ease aching muscles.

Our studio offers members over 50 classes each week, giving you the opportunity to take part in some of our most sought after classes, such as Aerobics, Legs, Bums and & Tums, Yoga, and new Les Mills classes such as Bodypump and Grit.

We also have one 7-a-side and two 5-a-side outdoor, flood lit pitches available to hire all year round, with viewing areas for spectators, making them ideal for matches.
