    This intense workout uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), combining short bursts of high and low energy exercises. Ideal for those who already have a good baseline fitness level and want a challenge!

    This is a specialised class, suitable for all people aged 16 years & older. A good basic fitness level is needed before you attend these classes.
