Sit & Get Fit

Sit & Get Fit is a chair based class specifically for those with poor balance or mobility issues. An instructor will safely take you through chair based exercises that will improve your coordination, confidence and basic strength.

What does the class involve?

All classes are taught by fully qualified instructors who specialise in exercise for older adults. Classes are safe, effective, social, and fun.

What should I wear?

You do not need to wear any special clothes or shoes, although high heels would not be suitable. Ladies can wear skirts or trousers.

This is a general class, suitable for all people aged 11 years & older.
