This class is ideal for those who are aged 50+ who have had any balance problems or struggle with basic daily movements. Gentle chair based exercise improves co-ordination & core strength to help you enjoy day to day tasks and meet like minded people.
All our Sit & Get Fit classes are taught by full qualified instructors who specialise in exercise for older adults. Our classes are safe, effective, social and fun, starting with a gentle warm up, followed by exercises that will work all parts of the body. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and rest if you need to.

You do not need to wear any special clothes or shoes, although high heels would not be suitable. Ladies can wear skirts or trousers.
