To help in the fight against Covid-19 all OCL facilities are closed
Class content will change weekly between general fitness, toning, strength & fat burn exercises. All areas of the body will be targeted out to give that all over body work out.
This is a basic class, suitable for all people aged 13 years & older. These classes start to add in some weights or impact exercises that will improve overall body tone.
