On Monday, 11th August, we’re offering you the opportunity to train with Precor Master Trainer Gavin Frecklington, MSc, as we celebrate the refurbishment of Royton and Oldham Gym and our new Precor strength equipment.

- Receive expert biomechanics coaching from an international fitness trainer.
- Choose from three 30-minute sessions at Royton and Oldham.
About the Sessions
- Lower Body Builder Session: Level up your lower body training with Precor Master Trainer Gavin. Build stronger quads, grow your glutes, and add structure to your routine using our new strength equipment.
- Upper Body Builder Session: Learn to train smarter and improve your upper body strength using our brand-new strength equipment, target key muscle groups, and get expert tips from Gavin to maximise your results.
- Glute Builder Session: Level up your glute training in a session focused on using our brand-new Precor GluteBuilder equipment. Learn how to effectively target, activate, and strengthen your glutes with expert guidance from Gavin.
