Important update on member personal details and health (Par-Q) information.
We are committed to keeping your personal data secure and accurate. As part of this process, we are asking members to update their personal details and refresh the health information we hold.
If you signed up for Oldham Active membership before July 2024, you will shortly receive an email or SMS message asking you to complete an online questionnaire.
It’s a straightforward process that will take a little of your time.
We need every member to complete the online form, know as a Par-Q, to ensure your safety when participating in our exercise programmes.
The online questionnaire consists of several “yes or no” questions about your health and some questions about your personal details used on your membership profile.
We’ve made it as simple as possible so you can continue to enjoy your membership as usual.
How to update
- Complete in person on your next visit. Ask at reception, and they will guide you through the steps.
- Complete online. Follow this link (online form) and update your records (you will need your membership ID).
For any questions or concerns, please approach a member of our reception team. They will be happy to assist you.
Please Note: From September 1st, 2024, members who haven’t provided this information will be unable to access the gym until it’s completed. We urge you to complete the form before this date to avoid disrupting your membership benefits.
