Our virtual workouts are not just any virtual versions of live fitness classes. They are high-quality, world-leading fitness programs that combine thrilling workouts with pumping chart-topping music with encouragement from some of Les Mills’ most talented instructors. Our studios have been fitted with large screens and advanced sound and lighting to ensure you get the best experience.

The virtual classes are designed to complement our instructor-led classes, not replace them. This flexibility empowers you to adapt your fitness routine to your schedule and preferences, ensuring you get the desired classes and results.

Class descriptions

Body Balance

Body Balance is a perfect workout for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, core strength, and sense of wellbeing. The yoga-based class will enhance your mind, body, and life. It incorporates Yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility and strength and leave you calm and relaxed.

Body Pump

With energising music and plenty of motivation, BodyPump is the perfect workout for individuals seeking to quickly achieve a lean, toned, and fit body. Using light to moderate weights with many repetitions, BODYPUMP provides a complete body workout. Virtual instructors will guide you through scientifically supported movements and techniques.

Body Combat

Engage in a high-energy, non-contact workout inspired by martial arts. Master basic moves from different martial arts disciplines, and burn calories as you punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience necessary – it’s a fantastic way to relieve stress and have fun.

Body Attack

A fun and athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, stamina and agility. Combining high-energy, athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping. These sports-inspired exercises will help build cardio stamina and improve coordination and agility.

Dance

Classes feature 10 stand-alone tracks, each introducing new choreography. The workout includes 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down, incorporating innovative dance movements inspired by global dance genres. Dance is simple to master and an excellent option for those who want to improve their dance skills while getting fit.

When can I go to a class?

Les Mills Virtual classes will launch July 22nd 2024. Keep an eye on your inbox for the launch email and our social channels for any updates.

*Please note: Virtual classes are unavailable at Chadderton Leisure and Wellbeing Centre.
