We’re doing some important maintenance to our booking system to make our system faster and more reliable.

When’s this happening?

Starting Monday, 2nd February 21:30 pm, our booking system is expected to be offline until 18:00 pm, 6th February 2026.

What you need to know:

Already booked an activity:

  • If you’ve booked any activities for the upcoming week before 21:30 on Monday, 2nd February, those bookings remain valid, and you can attend as normal.

Is Pay-and-Play still available?

  • Pay-and-play can be booked in person. These will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask at reception on the day.

Attempting to book activities between 21:30 pm 2nd – 18:00 pm 6th February:

    • You won’t be able to make any new bookings online, via the App, via the contact centre, or at reception between 21:30 pm 2nd – 18:00 pm 6th February.
    • Our booking system will be completely offline during maintenance.

Once maintenance is complete:

  • All systems are expected to be back up and running as normal on the 6th of February. We will send an email and an App notification to confirm that the booking is back online.

 

Already booked, what should you do?

  • Booked an activity before 21:30 on Monday, 2nd? You’re all set – turn up as normal.

 

Spaces may still be available for activities during the maintenance period.

  • These will be on a first-come, first-served basis – Please ask at reception on the day.

 

Need to book in advance during 21:30 pm 2nd – 18:00 pm 6th February?

  • Please wait until we’re back online.
