Class Booking Policy
From 15 April, we’re introducing a new missed booking policy to keep classes fair for everyone. If you miss or don’t cancel a booked session at least 2 hours in advance, you’ll receive a strike. Three strikes within 4 weeks will result in a 14-day pause on your booking rights.
How it works
1st Reminder email
You’ll receive a friendly reminder about your missed session
2nd Warning email
A formal warning is issued to your account
3rd Automatic Removal
3 missed bookings within a 4-week period suspends your booking rights for 14 days.
Applies to all bookable activities
Group exercise classes, sauna & steam, badminton, bowls and all other bookable sessions.
How to avoid a missed booking strike
✓ Check In: Failure to scan your membership card or swipe in at reception can result in a strike, even if you attended.
✓ Cancel Ahead: Cancel your booking at least 2 hours before your session.
✓ Exceptional circumstances: Speak to a member of our team if you have exceptional circumstances.
