Freeze My Membership

If you wish to freeze your fitness membership and would like to remain a member with us, you have the option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months.

Direct Debit Members

If you are a Direct Debit monthly payer, to apply a freeze use the portal link below and you will have no payments taken while you do not use the facilities. The deadline cut off for applying a freeze to your account so no monies are taken is 5 working days prior to your Direct Debit date. If you miss this time period your Direct Debit will be taken and the following month will be frozen. You will need to input your DFC Reference number. (This can be found on your initial sign up correspondence).

    Annual/Upfront Members

    If you have paid for your membership upfront and wish to freeze and not return, please complete the contact form below and our team will process this for you.
